It focuses on helping individuals identify their strengths and abilities, set realistic goals, and develop the skills and strategies necessary to achieve them. It can also help individuals to take control of their lives and make decisions that align with their values and beliefs.

My practice explores the duality of these areas of focus and methodologies to aid in developing an overall enhanced mindset and sense of empowerment enabling you, my future client to live your life as the best version of self.

Therapy and coaching are both forms of support aimed at helping individuals address personal challenges and improve their lives, but they differ in their focus, approach, and overall goals.

A therapist is a mental health professional who is trained and licensed to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. The primary goal of therapy is to improve the client’s mental health and overall functioning.

A mindset coach, on the other hand, is not a licensed mental health professional but rather a coach who focuses on helping clients develop a growth mindset and cultivate positive attitudes and beliefs. Mindset coaching is focused on helping individuals achieve their goals and overcome limiting beliefs and thought patterns, rather than treating mental health conditions.

Therapy is typically aimed at resolving past experiences and behaviors that may be impacting present day functioning, while coaching is a more present and future-oriented focus in order to create a shift in the day-to-day life of their clients.
